The role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client challenges.

Responsibilities

Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues
Listens to understand customer requests and preferences; and takes prompt actions to address immediate needs
Proactively pursues ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance efficiencies
Maintains high portfolio performance by monitoring customers' payment status
Posts cash timely and accurately and ensures invoice expectations meet client needs
Resolves billing, collections, and credit issues
Manages end-of-lease terms, negotiations, buyouts, and equipment returns
Keeps clear and organized records of customers' contract terms and any special handling requirements
Performs duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency
Complies with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures
Completes required training by established deadlines

Required

Bachelor's Degree
High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Operations
Experience autonomously managing daily responsibilities and deliverables with minimal management oversight
Advanced customer service and written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Advanced attention to detail

Preferred

Account management and/or management experience
Bachelor's in Business Administration
Experience hosting conversations with C-Suite and Senior level leadership
Commercial banking industry experience
Large Financial Institution experience
