Front Desk Lead - GOLD'S GYM - San Marcos
Gold's Gym is a fitness center focused on providing exceptional service to its members. The Front Desk Lead is responsible for leading the front-end team and ensuring a high-quality guest experience while assisting in the management of daily operations and staff training.

Responsibilities
The Front Desk Lead will be required to work at the front desk at least 32-40 hours per week
Ensure consistent service excellence by all team members resulting in friendly front-end experience
Assists in training and supervising team members for the Front Desk to deliver our Gold’s Gym’s service promise consistently
Effective, professional labor management; prepares Front Desk schedules for GM/AGM approval
Assists GM/AGM with monthly inventory process and other responsibilities as determined by General Manager
Ensures that all Front Desk policies and procedures are followed, while driving success
Ensures that all revenue goals are met each month
Qualification
