Enterprise Business Development Manager

They are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to support and accelerate their health plan sales efforts, focusing on outbound prospecting and early-stage qualification across various healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and prioritize target health plans, ACOs, and risk-bearing provider groups
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Engage decision-makers and influencers in thoughtful, value-driven conversations
Qualify opportunities based on fit, timing, and buying readiness
Book high-quality meetings with clear context and next steps
Support active enterprise opportunities with research, prep, and follow-up
Assist with pilot scoping, early-stage discussions, and coordination
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Test and refine outreach messaging based on real buyer feedback
Tailor positioning for Medicare Advantage plans versus ACOs and risk-bearing groups
Surface objections, trends, and market insights to leadership
Partner with finance, clinical, and operations teams to support deal progression
Help translate clinical and financial value into clear external messaging

Required

4+ years of experience in business development or sales within digital health, health tech, or healthcare services
Familiarity with the health plan and value-based care ecosystem
Experience prospecting into Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, or similar organizations is a strong asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with research-driven outbound and complex sales cycles
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
