Responsibilities
Create engaging TikTok videos, ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
Collaborate with influencers, negotiate simple collabs, boost creator-led content
Understand trends, psychology, retention, and how to make content convert
Join short optional check-ins to plan ideas and review results
Work independently with freedom, but own outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, hooks, and emotional storytelling
Experience creating short-form content (your own or for brands)
Creative thinker who likes testing concepts and iterating fast
Independent, self-driven, and entrepreneurial
Hungry to earn based on performance rather than fixed pay
Comfortable experimenting and learning what resonates
