Responsibilities

Play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, process trailers, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside to the customer

Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently

Greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care

Review goals, learn about new products and promotions, and prepare the store for success

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
