Responsibilities
Greet members and listen to their needs to develop relationships and find solutions to their financial needs
Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services
Help process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs
Maintain a cash drawer ensuring it balances at the end of each day
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Basic math and computer skills
Sales and relationship-building ability
Please be advised that credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates
A post-offer, pre-employment drug test is also conducted
Preferred
Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus
