Responsibilities
Build and maintain end-to-end automated reporting solutions for ongoing business needs
Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements
Develop complex SQL queries to support accurate and compliant subscriber reporting
Use Python (or R) to automate reports, scheduled emails, and recurring dashboards
Integrate data quality checks into pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability
Create clear, easy-to-understand dashboards and visualizations for non-technical audiences
Develop a strong understanding of subscriber data infrastructure
Help design resilient reporting systems that minimize data incidents
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analytics or reporting roles
3+ years of hands-on SQL experience, especially within ETL or pipeline workflows
3+ years of Python (or R) scripting experience
Experience automating manual Excel-based reporting processes
Familiarity with Snowflake or similar analytical data warehouses, GitHub, and Google App Scripts
Experience with Looker and/or Tableau
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical concepts to diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field
Preferred
Experience with advanced data visualization tools (D3, Streamlit)
Working knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.)
Familiarity with Airflow
Experience building or prototyping tools from scratch
Advanced degree in a related field
