PurgeRite is a leader in high-quality mechanical flushing services, seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Administrator to support their rapid growth. This role provides administrative support for QHSE functions, assisting in the planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Strategy.

Responsibilities

Support in delivering the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategic plan

Support in delivering ISO accreditations (for H&S, quality and environmental)

Supporting forums and working groups across the business

Preparation for ISO audits

Become an Internal auditor

Taking minutes of meetings and action logs

Monitoring the H&S inbox

Reporting of accidents, near misses and good spots

Document management and process improvement across the business

Maintaining and creating process maps

Maintaining team pages on the intranet

Reporting and administering the DSE platform

Assisting with preparation of Powerpoint presentations

Support with the reporting of mandatory training

Required

Associate's degree in health and safety or related technical field

Thorough understanding of relevant HSE laws, regulations, and standards

Experience in implementing safety programs and conducting incident investigations

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process orientation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all stakeholders

Leadership ability to supervise facility personnel in safety and compliance matters

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Forms suite, and QHSE Management programs (Safetyculture, HSI, or similar.)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HSE or document control role

Spanish language skills are a plus

Preferred

Specialist in Safety and Health (SSH) or higher, Safety Trained Supervisor (STS or STSC), CHST, OHST, GSP (Graduate Safety Professional) or TSP (Transitional Safety Practitioner)

ISO 9001 Training

First Aid, CPR, AED Certifications
