Responsibilities

Lead and support Drug Rebate operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispute resolution across Medicaid and pharmacy programs

Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex rebate, claims, and compliance issues

Monitor workflows, prioritize high-materiality disputes, and track productivity and quality metrics

Collaborate with manufacturers, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve program goals

Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing for team members and new hires

Update, maintain and build drug rebate policy and procedure documents

Required

5–10 years of experience in Drug Rebates, Medicaid, pharmacy claims processing, or medical billing

Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards

Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment

Experience leading, mentoring, or serving as a subject matter expert for team members

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools, including PDF editing and scanning

Extensive experience in managing the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program with expertise in executing all phases of the quarterly rebate cycle including invoicing, disputes resolution and payment processing
