Monitor and assess integrity risks through regular KPI monitoring, and ensure that the revenue integrity program is responsive to those risks
Lead weekly revenue integrity staff meetings to track progress toward work plan activities and reactive tasks
Provide periodic reports to the revenue integrity director regarding the nature, progress, and status of the revenue integrity program
Qualification
Required
Healthcare industry experience is required
Minimum 5 years work experience in a medical group practice or hospital business office for a large, complex health care system
Preferred
Experience specifically with revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, revenue cycle informatics, surgical nursing, or hospital coding
Experience with Epic or Cerner
