Run a strong business by overseeing operations and managing P&L
Hire and train great people to develop a strong team
Oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
Implement creative marketing strategies for community engagement
Deliver an excellent guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction
Jump in and assist where needed to support the team
Qualification
Required
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
Passion for leadership and team development
The ability to deliver a great guest experience
Previous restaurant experience
Ability to jump in and assist where needed
The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
