Technical Support Rep I

Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues
Educate residential Shentel customers about the installation and use of products
Capture opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers as available, while providing a quality customer experience
Qualification
Required
Your reputation as a successful customer service professional who meets and exceeds goals
Your high school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience
