SingTone Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise IT initiatives from planning to delivery. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring programs meet scope, budget, and timeline goals while aligning technology initiatives with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs
Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple interdependent projects
Monitor program performance, risks, and budget; implement corrective actions as needed
Serve as primary liaison between IT teams, business units, and executive stakeholders
Implement program governance, reporting, and communication standards
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in program management
Manage vendor relationships and external resources supporting program delivery
Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Required

Program and project management across large-scale IT initiatives
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud, and applications
Budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
Stakeholder management and executive communication

Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies
Vendor management and contract negotiation
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
8–12+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
Proven success delivering IT programs on-time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
Experience in strategic IT planning, digital transformation, or large enterprise environments
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable IT initiatives

Preferred

Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ScrumMaster)
ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management certification
