Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Service Department customer relationships
Ensure customers are served within their time requirements
Oversee quality of craftsmanship
Estimate service projects
Manage projects
Promote and uphold all Piper Electric Company Inc., company and safety policies and procedures
Make recommendations to the Service Department manager to increase overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
Attend and participate in staff meetings
Assist Coordinator’s with answering service calls as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Department Manager
Account Manager is responsible for helping the accounting staff in collection of past due invoices
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED - B.S. degree in construction management
4 years as a field electrician
3 years as an Account Manager
Proficient knowledge and understanding of National Electrical Code
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Skilled at organizing for efficiency, dealing with last minute changes
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer relations, job scheduling, and estimating
Strong interpersonal, communication, sales and social interaction skills
Strong math
Valid Colorado Driver's license
Current Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license
