Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget
Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery
Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance
May telecommute
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager or Analyst-related occupation
Cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles
Data-driven approach to solving problems and understanding the nature of a problem
Developing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences
Communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations
Delivering results, speaking up, and challenging the status quo
SQL, Python, Regression, A/B Testing, Power BI, Quicksight, Tableau, Power Pivot, Google Analytics, Excel, JIRA
