Responsibilities
Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them
Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes
Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters
Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data
Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner
Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis
A curious mind, high intellect, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and orally
Customer service mentality
Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities
Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit

Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting
