Identify and resolve material shortages

Communicate and coordinate business unit requirements with internal and external customers and suppliers, including needs, deadlines, schedule impacts, and available alternatives

Expedite, prioritize, and plan purchasing activities to support business unit needs

Identify and resolve purchasing, pricing, and transactional errors

Provide department-specific quoting support

Manage invoices and resolve discrepancies related to pricing and receiving transactions

Perform additional duties as assigned
