Responsibilities
Assist the team in loan processing, underwriting, monitoring, and servicing
Assist the team with some aspects of portfolio management
Answer client inquiries
Process loan closing, funding, and post funding assignments
Maintain loan application log
Qualification
Required
One year of retail branch experience required
PC literate, proficiency with MS Office
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong organization skills, able to prioritize work
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
College degree in accounting or business preferred but not mandatory
Experience in loan administration (commercial lending and real estate loans) preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Spanish is a plus
