Sr. Technical Trainer
TriCom Technical Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Trainer to join their Lenexa, Kansas-based client. This role focuses on developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee adoption of technology and ensure effective use of business applications.

Responsibilities
Model and promote best practices in information security
Research new and existing technologies to stay current with organizational tools and strategies
Build partnerships across the company to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps
Develop training resources, including guides, tutorials, presentations, and assessments, in multiple formats
Lead live training sessions both on-site and virtual for individuals and groups
Maintain and update training content based on user feedback, system updates, and stakeholder input
Manage training schedules and communicate them to end users and project teams
Support new project initiatives through needs analysis and training integration
Translate complex technical processes into clear, accessible resources for non-technical audiences
Track training engagement and effectiveness using data and key performance indicators
Coordinate vendor-led training sessions for employees
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training programs
2+ years of experience with content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Ability to travel up to 20% annually
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, IT, or related field
APTD or CPTD certification
