Responsibilities
Act as a presale marketing leader, supporting brand awareness efforts in the local community
Assist with street marketing, event activations, local partnerships, and pop-ups
Help execute grassroots marketing strategies to get Amped’s name everywhere in the area
Create and post engaging social media content including promotions, updates, community highlights, and success stories
Support grand opening campaigns, events, and launch-day energy
Greet members, prospects, and guests with confidence, warmth, and high energy
Manage check-ins, tours, and membership inquiries with excellence
Deliver unforgettable first impressions and next-level customer service
Ensure every interaction reflects the Amped vibe and culture
Oversee front desk operations and daily flow
Hire, train, and manage front desk staff
Create and manage schedules for peak and non-peak hours
Maintain inventory levels (towels, cleaning supplies, office items, retail products, energy drinks, apparel)
Collaborate closely with sales, management, and presale teams to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Fitness industry experience required
High-energy, outgoing personality with confidence and presence
Strong communication and people skills
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
Comfortable being the face of a brand in the community
Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Marketing or brand-building experience strongly preferred
