Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Workday Financials customers

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking and relationship building

Conduct discovery sessions to understand AP and invoice processing challenges

Present invoice automation and financial operations solutions to finance and procurement leaders

Build strong business cases and deliver compelling ROI presentations

Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets

Negotiate commercial terms in partnership with leadership and legal teams

Partner with marketing on finance focused campaigns and events

Represent the company at Workday events and industry conferences

Ensure seamless handoff to implementation and customer teams post sale

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

At least 8 years of B2B sales experience

Strong background selling finance or accounting solutions

Proven success meeting or exceeding quota

Experience selling to finance, accounting or procurement teams

Understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice workflows

Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Ability to travel 25%

Preferred

Experience selling Workday Financials solutions or services

Knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and customer community

Existing network of Workday Financials or finance transformation contacts

Background in AP, finance operations or shared services

Experience with consultative or solution based sales methodologies
