GPAC is a respected search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team, providing hands-on transactional experience in commercial and multifamily property acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Support commercial and multifamily property acquisitions from contract through closing
Conduct and manage due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, easements, zoning, and related land use issues
Identify, analyze, and help resolve title and survey issues, coordinating directly with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders
Assist with closings, including preparation and review of closing documents and post-closing deliverables
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex commercial and housing transactions
Maintain clear organization of transaction files and timelines to ensure smooth, efficient closings
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or housing transactions
Licensed in Florida or Georgia (or ability to waive in, if applicable)
Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys and addressing title objections
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced transactional environment
Preferred
Familiarity with affordable housing programs and financing is a plus, including LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HOME funds, USDA loans, FHA/HUD loans, and other financing tools
