Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to coaches, teams and families with questions regarding hospitality and concierge services
Understand and organize offerings, create swag bags and review team information to ensure a smooth check in process
Greet guests with professionalism during their check in process
Diffuse and assist in resolving any guest relations issues that arise
Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and sell offerings to coaches, teams and families
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current student or recently graduated in the last year studying hospitality management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong desire to learn
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently
Demonstrate success with multi-tasking and organizing multiple priorities
Self-motivated and has initiative to complete tasks in a timely fashion
Available 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and game days
