Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of infrastructure ITA's focused on cloud services and IAM
Oversee deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Ensure IAM policies, role-based access controls, and authentication mechanisms comply with security standards
Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture; implement improvements as needed
Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and network teams to maintain compliance and resilience
Develop documentation, processes, and best practices for cloud and IAM operations
Manage incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience, two years of which shall have included experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting information technology systems and services in the mainframe, server, and network environments
May include analyzing and resolving complex technical problems; generating and testing applications code; performing database administration; administering data security; operating enterprise computer systems; contingency planning, implementing telecommunications facilities; and developing and/or conducting training on IT systems, concepts, applications, policies, or security
Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits
An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
A master's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of general experience as indicated above
A law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may be substituted for two years of general experience as indicated above
Degrees conferred outside of the United States must be evaluated by a recognized evaluation service
Driver's License: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform essential duties of the position
Authorization to Work: US citizenship is not required. Selected candidate must be authorized to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
Special Note: Newly hired employees must agree to a thorough background check that will include fingerprinting
Residency Law: In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L. 2011, Chapter 70), the 'New Jersey First Act,' all persons newly hired by the Judiciary within one year must establish, and then maintain, principal residence in the State of New Jersey
