Responsibilities
Project Development & Design: Lead the conceptualization of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and renewable energy systems
Energy Auditing & Analysis: Supervise site audits and investment-grade assessments to identify savings opportunities, perform data analysis, and establish consumption baselines
Financial Modeling: Develop financial proformas and deal structures to ensure projects meet ROI targets and performance guarantees
Proposal Creation: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial RFP responses, ensuring all infrastructure upgrades align with client sustainability and operational goals
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact between engineering teams, financial partners, and client decision-makers
Subcontractor Management: Prepare detailed scopes of work and manage competitive bidding processes to obtain accurate project pricing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in Energy Service Performance Contracting (ESPC) or complex design-build construction
Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, boilers, chillers, building envelope, and energy simulation software
Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation is highly preferred
Exceptional technical writing, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge of Measurement and Verification (M&V) procedures
Proven track record in managing internal engineering teams and external subcontractors
A demonstrated passion for renewable energy, facility resilience, and the built environment
