Qualification
Required
Minimum one year of recent experience in technical software support (Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, or Apple Software); another proprietary support experience will be accepted; any tax software support exposure (Turbotax, and more) is a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
Exhibit a strong passion for software and technology, coupled with a genuine desire to assist and support clients with empathy and care
Strong writing abilities are essential to master the role
All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
