Responsibilities

The student will learn about utility metering, energy management, facilities management, HVAC, and related topics
Projects may include utility meter troubleshooting, utility metering repair and replacement, energy data analysis, review of facility assessments, and facility information data entry
Students work with Engineering staff to monitor and troubleshoot failed or failing sensors and meters, conduct field audits of building systems and utility metering, and update the facility condition assessment database
Must have a working knowledge of Excel and possess good communication skills
Must be able to visit campus mechanical rooms for inspections
