Generate summary reports, analytics, and respond to ad hoc requests for cross-functional management teams
Manage and maintain the internal contract database system
Ensure rebate obligations are met and comply with best practices
Manage relationships with all corporate account third-party ordering platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, OpsTechnology)
Maintain data in various vendor insurance compliance sites
Oversee Mass Account Template account generation
Manage shared email box and respond in a timely manner to varied requests
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to understand and manage highly detailed data
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving change
Proven participation on multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
3+ years of proven experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with vendor management ordering and invoicing platforms a plus
Proficiency with Excel a plus
