Ecommerce Manager

LHH is a consumer retail brand located in the far NW Chicago suburbs, and they are seeking a Digital eCommerce Marketing Manager with strong ecommerce experience. The role involves driving online sales growth, managing digital initiatives, and overseeing social media efforts to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of digital initiatives driving traffic, increasing conversation rates, and revenue while building an engaging and consistent social presence
Be hands on with performance management and cross functional collaboration
Own and drive online sales performance across marketplaces (Walmart/Amazon), website and digital platforms
Develop and execute digital strategies that drive traffic, conversion and revenue
Support website redesign initiatives, working with UX, creative and development teams to improve user experience, conversion, and online sales performance
Own the daily management and optimization of digital platforms (website, ecommerce platforms, digital asset management, analytics tools) ensuring consistency, performance and scalability
Monitor/report on online sales KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, AOV and ROAS)
Optimize product content, landing pages, and promotional messaging to support online sales
Work with teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales
Own/execute social media strategy across channels
Develop/manage social content calendars aligned to sales goals, campaigns, product launches
Create, publish, and optimize organic social content, including short-form videos
Manage community engagement, comments, and messages
Track social media performance and optimize content based on insights/trends
Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints
Develop sales-driven digital/social assets in collaboration with teams
Support paid digital and paid social programs as budget allows
Work with teams on workflow automation within the digital asset management system to support efficient execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field plus a minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with ownership of online sales and social media
Proven track record driving ecommerce revenue growth
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and performance metrics for engagement and conversion
Experienced managing content calendars and publishing workflows
Experience with ecommerce platforms and online market places, Walmart is a must, Amazon a plus, and digital merchandising
Expert knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
