Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations and communications within the residential community
Collaborate with residents to address needs
Ensure a positive living environment for all
Support leasing efforts
Process rental payments
Manage resident inquiries
Address service requests in a timely manner
Assist with budget management
Community events
Property inspections
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Required

Demonstrated proficiency in core property management functions, including leasing operations, rent collection, and ongoing resident communications
Working knowledge of budget oversight, expense control, and operational efficiency initiatives
Proven ability to manage customer service inquiries and service requests while cultivating a high-quality resident experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
Experience utilizing property management software, including Yardi Voyager and related operational tools
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Prior experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service–driven environments strongly preferred
bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
