Health Care

Responsibilities

The position performs complex computer data entry and analysis; prepares administrative reports including facility governing body. (20%)
Determines, implements tools for process improvement/automation for efficiency and integrity of data reporting. (20%)
Oversee data entry systems to ensure consistent and sound data integrity. (20%)
Oversees and provides guidance to program staff in the development and integration of new methods and procedures associated with the Incident Management Department's data collection systems required for advancing the organization's performance improvement efforts and service monitoring. (10%)
Prepare Incident Management documents for Open Records requests or submissions to State Office/DADS Regulatory (10%)
Provides data management and oversight to the Incident Management Team (20%)

Required

Experience working in an office setting
1 year experience in computer application/data entry systems
Experience with documentation of meeting minutes
Experience creating and designing forms, spreadsheets and reports
Applicants must pass a fingerprint criminal background check
Pre-employment drug screen
Registry checks including the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Nurse Aide, Medication Aide and Employee Misconduct and HHS List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Males between the ages of 18 – 25 must be registered with the Selective Service
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment at a state-operated facility
