Responsibilities

Define and prioritize next-gen BMC and Redfish features driving remote management innovation
Collaborate with PM, HW/FW designers, and cross-functional teams through design, development, and validation phase
Research market trends and shape go-to-market strategies with Product Management
Enable smooth product launches and drive enterprise customer engagement with technical insights

Required

BS or higher in EE/CS/CE or equivalent practical experience
8+ years in computer engineering, software development, or technical leadership
3+ years in software/firmware or server product management
Deep knowledge of server software technologies like IPMI and DMTF Redfish
Strong track record managing remote management software support and delivery
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities to drive project success
Ability to juggle multiple complex projects while anticipating risks and bottlenecks
Strong technical, people, and organizational skills
