SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE
Byerly RV is a company that represents the service department to its external service customers. The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for managing service appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer outreach to generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Service appointment reminders: Sent 3 days and 1 day before the appointment
Service appointment follow-up: Experience check done the day after the appointment. If not reached, follow-up calls/texts on days 3, 5, and 7
Evaluating trade-in potentials: Identifying sales opportunities with service customers
Farming service customers: Reaching out to past and storage customers to generate business, especially in winter/spring, through post-sale and maintenance follow-up
F&I opportunities: Assisting with Finance & Insurance options for service customers
Storage customer outreach: Informing customers about service specials, winterization, and de-winterization
Warranty reminders by phone and text message: 6-month, 10-month, and 11-month (if they haven’t been in by the 10-month mark)
Maintenance reminders by phone and text message: 2 months post sale, 5 months, 8 months, 11 months
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report and insurable driving record
Ability to drive, move, and park recreational vehicles of all sizes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience at an RV or automotive dealership environment is a plus
Desire to further education with RVDA provided by Byerly RV
