Relay Resources is seeking an experienced Process Engineer – Work, Delivery & Revenue to define and operationalize target-state operational and revenue processes as part of an enterprise-wide ERP and Data Ecosystem transformation. This role focuses on ensuring operational processes flow cleanly across systems and support accurate revenue recognition, billing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Design and document future-state processes across:

Service delivery and fulfillment

Work scheduling, routing, and execution

Quality checks, inspections, and exception handling

Inventory, WIP, and operational labor capture

Define clean handoffs between operational systems and ERP

Design processes that support:

Order-to-cash workflows

Contract-to-billing handoffs

Invoice triggers and exception handling

Revenue-related approvals and controls

Ensure operational activities translate accurately into:

Billing events

Revenue reporting

Client-facing communications

Partner with:

NetSuite Operations Configuration Manager to ensure ERP setup aligns with operational processes

Salesforce teams for lead-to-contract and renewal workflows

Operations systems (e.g., Janitorial Manager, Nulogy, Yardi) for execution realities

Data Architect to ensure operational and revenue data supports enterprise reporting

Validate that process designs support integrations and analytics requirements

Create process documentation that clearly explains:

How work will be performed post-go-live

Role and responsibility changes for operational teams

What frontline and ops leaders need to do differently

Support training and readiness by providing clear, actionable process artifacts

Produce clear process flows, narratives, RACI, and control points

Identify and eliminate redundant steps, manual reconciliations, and system gaps

Support UAT readiness by validating system behavior against defined processes
