Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues
Support our quality management system (QMS)
Train and mentor tram members on quality standards and procedures
Manage documentation related to quality processes
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
Report on quality trends and present findings to management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to read and understand design drawings
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, pin gages, weigh scales, etc
Strong knowledge of quality standards
Experience with quality audit processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in quality tools and software
