They are seeking a Product Manager to own and drive strategy across multiple products within their platform, including fintech solutions, ensuring the right solutions are built for inspectors while maintaining best-in-class systems.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy for your portion of the product portfolio via roadmapping, backlog management, and sprint planning

Define what success looks like for your products, identify the right metrics to track (balancing insight value against tracking complexity), and use those metrics to inform strategic decisions

Identify user problems, articulate why they matter to customers and the business, develop solutions, and create clear requirements that communicate the problem, approach, and success criteria

Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule

Drive product launches from planning through post-launch analysis and iteration

Navigate complex systems, including regulatory and compliance considerations for fintech products and other financial features

Identify and mitigate risks across your product portfolio, with particular attention to fintech systems and financial transactions

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to your product portfolio

Required

3+ years experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated experience in SaaS and payments and/or FinTech products

Experience working at smaller companies where you've worn multiple hats and handled responsibilities that might be specialized roles at larger organizations (e.g., user research, market analysis, product marketing)

Strong understanding of payment processing, payment systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance/security requirements in financial products

Capable of running your own user interviews and discovery sessions to inform product decisions
