Electronic Data Records Coordinator Needed for DSSW San Antonio

Disability Services of the Southwest is seeking a Corporate HR Electronic Records Coordinator to join their team. The role involves maintaining accurate and secure personnel records while ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for personnel records between office sites and HR
Send reminders and follow up on expired documents
Maintain and audit electronic and paper-based personnel files in HRIS
Monitor personnel rosters for accuracy
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
Maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualification

Records managementHRISMS OfficeExcel proficiencyTyping 35 WPMAttention to detailCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience a plus
Ability to type 35 WPM and demonstrate Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

2+ years of experience in records management or similar role preferred
