Client Operations Associate
Garage is modernizing how America buys and sells vehicles and equipment through an AI-powered marketplace. In this role, you will maintain operational accuracy, problem-solve, manage transactions, collaborate internally, and support users navigating the Garage platform.

Responsibilities
Maintain operational accuracy and visibility — update and manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure deal status, documentation, and timelines are always current
Problem-solve and exercise judgment — identify issues, gather missing information, resolve straightforward requests efficiently, and escalate when needed to keep deals moving
Operate with speed and precision — manage multiple active transactions at once while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
Internal Collaboration — own the operational coordination between clients, Sales, and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and accurately
Support users in navigating the product — help buyers and sellers understand how to use the Garage platform and complete required actions smoothly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns professionally via phone and email
Preferred
Proficient with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Pylon, Notion) to manage tasks, workflows, and client requests
Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
