Responsibilities

Project compliance procurement, tracking, auditing and renewal as needed
Maintenance of Salt Lake SharePoint site pages, updates, and agendas
Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
Prepare reports and dashboards as needed
Support project life cycle tasks and tracking
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas for the group
Auditing Procore tools as needed
Track business operational tasks, deadlines and deliverables
Administrative tasks as needed

Required

A High School Diploma or GED is required
3-4 years of construction experience required
Good time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Able to resolve problems and discrepancies efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Industry knowledge

Preferred

Business school, Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus
