Answers phone calls from technicians and customers, providing technical support to fix issues

Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and repair issues properly

Perform planned maintenance services and breakdown repairs

Maintain a company service vehicle and parts inventory

Ability to work in various heights and confined spaces

Ability to work safely on a ladder

Perform in a team environment

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a good attendance record

Maintain positive customer relations and approach all situations in a tactful and professional manner
