Executive Assistant II
United Community is looking for an Executive Assistant II to provide dedicated support to our Market President. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment while managing various executive and operational tasks.
Banking
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Market President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Market President
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
Maintain confidentiality in all communications and documentation
Order and manage office supplies and purchasing needs
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Screen and direct phone calls and visitors professionally
Assemble, verify, and maintain loan documentation for the Market President
Assist loan customers with document completion and ensure accuracy
Order appraisals, credit reports, and background/reference checks
Respond to inquiries regarding loan status and documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency
Must be able to pass a background & credit check
This is a full-time position
Up to 5% of travel may be required
