Responsibilities

Sorts and prepares all documents for data entry

Maintains records relating to the movement of inbound and outbound shipments

Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in Aspire

Supports with label creations

Ability to use other platforms, such as Fedex, UPS, EDI Providers

Locates and corrects any data entry errors

May make delivery appointments for inbound shipments and update the receiving log (Appointment Log) for Operations

May make pick up appointments for outbound shipments and update the shipping log for Operations

Assists with administrative duties

Performs other related duties as needed

Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

Must have 6+ months of administrative experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc
