This position is responsible for ensuring the operation of the teller line and exceptional member satisfaction, while also conducting transactions and supporting the teller team.

Ensuring the operation of the teller line and exceptional member satisfaction
Training the teller line on procedures
Conducting transactions on the teller line such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Approving check holds and overrides
Supporting tellers with inquiries
Serving as a Notary Republic and providing Signature Guarantee Medallion services
Qualification
Required
Proactive and dedicated individual
Self-motivated
Capable of training the teller line on procedures
Customer service experience
Acts as the branch's Vault/ATM Custodian
Conduct transactions on the teller line such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Approve check holds and overrides
Support tellers with inquiries
Serves as a Notary Republic
Provides Signature Guarantee Medallion services
Willingness to work a minimum of one Saturday per month
Occasional travel to other branches
