Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and class certification briefs
Manage discovery in complex, multi-party litigation
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on novel consumer law issues
Assist with or lead depositions and hearings
Support settlement negotiations and mediation efforts
Collaborate with partners and co-counsel in state and federal courts
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
Prior experience handling or supporting class action litigation
Preferred
Experience in consumer law matters (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, UDAP) strongly preferred
