Operational Office Manager
PV Tech is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operational Office Manager to lead the daily operations of their office environment. This role is vital in ensuring seamless administrative functions, efficient team management, and effective vendor and resource coordination.

Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative functions, including filing, front desk management, and clerical duties to maintain a well-organized office environment
Manage schedule coordination for staff, meetings, events, and appointments to optimize productivity
Supervise office staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance
Monitor the flow of our clients to optimize efficiency
Fill in as the field crew scheduler as needed
Handle and address client complaints
Communicate with clients to update them on their job status
Manage human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with policies
Utilize strong communication skills to handle phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems and facilitate effective internal and external communication
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules efficiently
Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette on multi-line systems
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
