Financial Analyst

Intangible Assets, LLC is looking for a Financial Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across their manufacturing operations. This role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, developing dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis on production costs, labor efficiency, material usage, and overhead absorption
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and variance reports that clearly communicate performance trends
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, identifying root causes behind variances and recommending corrective actions
Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering to understand cost drivers and improve cost accuracy
Support standard costing, BOM reviews, and cost roll‑ups
Evaluate manufacturing performance metrics such as scrap, downtime, yield, and throughput
Lead forecasting cycles for production volumes, cost of goods sold, and operational spending
Build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
Assist in annual budget development, ensuring alignment with operational goals and capacity plans
Provide financial insight for capital investment proposals, ROI analysis, and productivity projects
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve profitability
Support cross‑functional teams with data‑driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of financial analysis experience; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
