Independent Insurance Agent (1099)
Mavrix Insurance Services is seeking licensed insurance agents interested in building and growing a book of business within a centralized, full-service brokerage model. Agents will sell insurance on behalf of Mavrix while centralized teams manage account servicing, renewals, compliance, and operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Build and grow a personal book of business under the Mavrix platform
Sell and advise across one or more of the following: Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Employee Benefits
Develop and maintain referral relationships and pipeline opportunities
Use centralized systems for quoting, submissions, proposals, and tracking
Operate within Mavrix processes and brand guidelines
Complete onboarding and required training prior to production
Qualification
Required
Active insurance license in applicable lines at time of application
Experience selling Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, or a combination
Ability to build and maintain client and referral relationships
