10+ years expOur client is seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead the organization’s data strategy and analytics capabilities. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and building scalable data platforms while partnering with executive leadership to embed analytics into various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
Oversee all data functions, including data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, data science, and data governance
Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact use cases for analytics, AI, and advanced modeling across the organization
Lead the development and optimization of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and reporting infrastructure
Establish data governance, quality standards, and policies to ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
Drive adoption of analytics and insights across functions such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive and board-level stakeholders
Define and track data and analytics KPIs, including business impact, adoption, and data quality metrics
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and data science leaders
Evaluate and implement modern data, BI, and analytics tools to improve speed, scalability, and insight generation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data and analytics organizations
Strong understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms, and BI tools
Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic business insights
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or Business (MBA)
Prior experience as a VP of Data & Analytics, Head of Analytics, or similar executive role
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, advanced analytics, and machine learning use cases
Background supporting data-driven product development or digital transformation initiatives
Industry experience in technology, SaaS, financial services, healthcare, or other data-intensive environments
