Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly and metal fabrication work according to design specifications and production requirements
Support fabrication activities with an emphasis on MIG welding
Assist with piping, mechanical, and light electrical assemblies as part of integrated build-outs
Support project installations at customer sites as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient production and installation processes
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Perform mechanical assembly and metal fabrication work according to design specifications and production requirements
Support fabrication activities with an emphasis on MIG welding

Preferred
Strong experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication
MIG welding experience is a plus
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Working knowledge of OSHA 10 safety standards and safe work practices
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Effective communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
