Responsibilities
Lead the Financial Analysis team as they operate and improve subscriber profitability models
Evaluate subscriber facing offers for profitability and financial risks
Manage and optimize EchoStar's MVNO costs
Assist operational groups with financial modeling, revenue and cost forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
Perform financial and strategic analyses in collaboration with operating groups to improve performance for all areas of the business
Assist with M&A activity by conducting due diligence and creating forward looking financial and valuation models
Interpret financial data and communicate conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders
Create and deliver financial presentations to upper management
Qualification
Required
MBA, MS-Finance, or other related Master's degree is preferred, but not required
5+ years prior work experience is preferred, with management experience
Established leadership skills and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong understanding of valuation and other key finance concepts
Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analysis abilities
Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
